Friction-stir welding
The seam that makes a cold plate a cold plate.
FSW joins the flow-channel plate and cover without melting the aluminium — low distortion, a flat seam, and a leak-tight joint that survives thermal cycling. It is our standard process for every liquid cold plate.

E-coating
Corrosion protection that reaches inside.
Cathodic electro-deposition coats every edge, seam and internal cavity — places spray paint never reaches. ≥1,000 hours salt spray, water-borne, very low VOC. Followed by electrostatic powder for the outer surface.
