Talk to engineering.
Send a drawing and volumes. A process engineer replies with a DFM review and a quotation.
Before you ask
Common questions.
What do you need to quote a cold plate?
A drawing (STEP, IGES or PDF), the coolant and working pressure, the flow rate or target pressure drop, the finish, and an annual volume estimate. If the design is still open, send the cell layout and heat load and we will propose a channel design.
Can you work from our drawings under NDA?
Yes. We sign customer NDAs before receiving detailed drawings, and we do not publish customer parts.
What testing is included?
Every cooling part is pressure and leak tested before coating. Flow and pressure-drop testing, salt-spray and dimensional (CMM) reports are available on request, and PPAP documentation for automotive programmes.
What are typical lead times?
Samples of a new cold plate are usually a few weeks after drawing approval; series lead times depend on volume and finish. We confirm both in the quotation.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
EXW Anqiu or FOB Qingdao as standard; CIF or DAP on request.
